Situated on the sleepy hill of Nesta Road in Woodford Green, this property is owned by a family who wanted to expand their home and make things a bit more spacious. Keen to add value to the property, they knew that there’s no better way than by adding extra rooms.

Our Solution

Beginning with a total loft conversion, we completely restructured the attic to accommodate a large master bedroom. This also meant the design and build of bespoke wooden wardrobes to fit under the eaves. We additionally fitted and tiled the ensuite bathroom with a personal shower finished in rich wood.
