Situated in the tranquil village of Ongar, our customers were a young couple who were looking to expand their family as well as their property. Completed in 2015, the key was to make as much as we could of this terraced house, utilising each and every spare inch.

Our Solution

Constructing a large master bedroom at the head of the house, we developed a variety of bespoke wooden wardrobe and shelving units to maximise storage space and house an AV unit.
We also installed a small quarter landing stairwell in order to make the most of the upstairs floor space. In addition to completing the loft, we also fully fitted and tiled a modern bathroom, ensuring a high standard of contemporary design was kept throughout the property.
