This suburban terrace is situated on the residential side of the Forest Edge road in Buckhurst Hill, offering a perfect view over the sprawling green opposite. An area popular with young families, this property was soon to be seeing new arrivals, and so required additional bedrooms to accommodate the kids.

Our Solution

We hate to waste a view, and were keen to capitalise upon the opportunity to give the loft bedroom a really stunning vista. As such, the ensuite master bed was built with a balcony in mind, which on a summer’s day could be fully opened to introduce a cool breeze to the property. By building bespoke wardrobes we sought to maximise the space available, and applied our full spectrum of services to get the conversion finished to a high spec., including a complete fitting and tiling of the bathroom.
