Based in the leafy suburb of Buckhurst Hill, Cascade Road is a quiet street lined with bungalows and family houses. Here’s where we find our clients; a young couple with a growing family. Looking to maximise the space in their bungalow in order to accommodate new arrivals, we were commissioned to carry out a loft conversion as well as a complete refurb of the whole ground floor.

Solution

We designed and constructed a loft conversion in order to house a master bedroom with en-suite, leaving the ground floor space for the children’s bedrooms and giving the parent’s some much needed privacy. As part of this project we also fully fitted and tiled a brand new bathroom, along with a complete refurb of the ground floor, applying all finishing decorative touches to the whole property.
